In your average day of maintaining your work and social life while managing whatever else life decides to throw at you, there’s barely enough time left to spend on taking care of what’s most important – you.

We’ve compiled a list of 6 simple self-care practices that you can work into your daily routine.

  1. Find Time

Schedule some time each day to do something simple that you enjoy. Pop on a Matcha face mask, read a book or sip your favourite tea – these will all help you to unwind and de-stress. We recommend sipping on some Stress Reliever.

  1. Check In

Once you’ve decided to set aside some “me time” be sure to check in with how you’re feeling. Allow yourself to feel this way and work to resolve any negative feelings.

  1. Eat Right

Ensuring that you are eating nutritiously (while still deliciously) is super important in maintaining your health and it’ll make you feel more energized and ready to conquer the day!

  1. Get Physical

Staying active will energize you and help you work out any stress you may have. Whether it’s going for a run or taking a yoga class, you’ll be working to connect both your mind and body on your road to daily self-care.

  1. Establish a Snooze Schedule

Irregular sleeping patterns can take a toll on your body and mind, so make sure you get in at least 7-9 hours of Zzz’s, so that your brain has enough time to repair, relax and rejuvenate.

  1. Stay Hydrated

Drink. Plenty. Of. Water! Or try out some new flavours of tea and see what brings you comfort and Zen. As a bonus you’ll be sipping lots of H20 as well! Our favourite flavours to stay hydrated with are Vanilla Matcha and Peppy Peppermint!
