INGREDIENTS

  • 1 scoop Sipology’s Lemonade Super Greens Boost
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk or milk alternative
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp sweetener of choice (we recommend maple syrup)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a jar or container that can be sealed.
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Chill overnight for a minimum of 6 hours. Enjoy warm or right from the fridge!
