Direction: Add one scoop (4.5g) of powder in 250ml of cold or hot water and stir until dissolved. Use once daily.

I love that it is vegetarian, Way better than my Marine Collagen! I have shellfish allergy, and it is hard to find a collagen that I can take. I have been taking it for 30 days and I feel a huge difference in my mobility, my job requires me to be on my feet from 9 to 5 and now I get through my day with ease, I used to leave work sore and tired. Not no more!!!
I love the flavor; I make a tasty hot latte with mine using Sweet Chocolate Chip Matcha and a splash of cream. This is one product I will not let run out!!
It is really yummy, however only 15 servings??? I will be getting this again for sure.
Love the new collagen boost! Tastes great and I can tell a difference when drinking it regularly. Added it to hot water, sweet chocolate matcha and splash of half and half, delicious! A great afternoon pick me up also! Took off one star, as I would prefer a 30 day supply in a jar and the cost to be lower. But the product is fantastic!

I didn't realize how small this jar was when I put it in my cart. There are only 15 servings. That comes out to almost $3 per 8oz serving. I haven't tried it yet; I'm still in sticker shock! I doubt I will buy it again.
I just started drinking this on Sunday 12/1 and have already been feeling results!!! My best friend and I walk almost 2 miles on our lunch break 4 times a week. Normally I get painful leg cramps. Well, I was off for Thanksgiving Thurs-sun and knew when we walked on Mon I would be hurting...…wrong, my legs felt great. I honestly think it is from the Collagen and hoping it help with the arthritis in my thumbs!!!! And, it tastes delicious!!
