1 15 oz can of chickpeas
½ cup natural peanut butter
⅓ cup Sipology Hot Chocolate mix
⅓ cup milk of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp salt
⅓ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
Dippers for serving: strawberries, raspberries pretzels, graham crackers, etc.
Add all the ingredients besides the chocolate chips to a food processor or blender and process until smooth, adding more milk by the spoonful if necessary. Stir in mini chocolate chips and sprinkle more on top once finished.
Serve in a bowl on a platter with your favorite dippers! Hummus will keep in the fridge for up to a week.
