Whip up a personalized treat by mixing Sweet Sugar Cookie Matcha and protein powder!
2 cups ice cubes
1 tsp Sipology’s Sweet Sugar Cookie Matcha
3/4 cup milk or milk alternative
1 scoop protein powder
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
Optional: your favorite toppings (ex: coconut flakes, chocolate chips, nuts)
In a food processor, add ice cubes, matcha, milk, and protein powder. Blend for about 1 minute, stopping the food processor if needed to scrape down the sides of the bowl. Repeat until all the ice is processed into a creamy mixture.
Add xanthan gum and blend for 30 seconds until it turns into a fluffy mixture.
Serve and top with your favorite toppings if desired. Enjoy immediately (don’t store in the fridge of freezer)!
