This historic hotel is surrounded by studios, galleries, and museums with views of the sea and the Cascais marina. It is located only 3 minutes from the beach and only 5 minutes from the town center.
It is very close to various beaches, including the surfers’ paradise, Guincho beach, parks, museums, shopping centers and the Casino do Estoril.
Take a dip at the indoor swimming pool with views of the marina or the outdoor swimming pool surrounded by the Fortaleza gardens.

1. Qualifying Period is May 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024.
2. Sipologists must be “Pay Rank” Active Consultant or higher at the time of the Incentive Trip booking, March 31, 2024.
3. Points are non-transferable. Personal Volume (PV) is as reported in your Virtual Office. You are responsible for keeping track of your own points.
4. The 500 PV and 1,000 PV monthly awards will be calculated within a calendar month. Only the highest of 500 PV or 1,000 PV in a month will be awarded to the maximum of 500 points for the month.
5. Qualified Sipologists must be within their first three months and submit their first 500 PV within the trip Qualifying Period. A Qualified Sipologists join date can be earlier than the Qualifying Period. Points are not awarded if the Sipologist becomes an Active Consultant outside of the trip Qualifying Period.
6. Points are awarded for a promotion to “Pay Rank” Group Leader. This includes first time promotions only, re-promotions do not apply.
7. Points are awarded to the leader of a Central Team for all promotions of Group Leaders from that Central Team, including Personally Sponsored. Only one Central Team leader is awarded. This includes first time promotions only, re-promotions do not apply.
8. Success Start Participants include any Sipologist within their first 90 days on or after April 1, 2023. Points will only be awarded if event submission is on or after April 1, 2023.
9. Trip for 1 earners who do not purchase a buy-in package will be paired with a roommate. A limited number of guest buy-in packages may be available and will only be sold to Sipologists who earn the incentive trip.
10. Earners with no airfare included are responsible for all travel expenses to and from the resort, including airfare, baggage and ground transportation.
11. Additional excursions not included in the Incentive Trip itinerary and other personal expenses are the responsibility of the trip earner.
12. Guest buy-in packages will only be available up to and prior to April 15, 2024. Sipology cannot guarantee buy-ins will be available.
13. Guest Policy – Those who have earned the incentive trip or who purchase a guest buy-in package may not invite a Sipologist (who did not earn the trip) to be their guest. Guests must be 18 years of age or older.
14. To redeem your trip, you must travel during the dates specified. All travelers must meet the trip location’s entry requirements by March 31, 2024. If you earn the trip and are unable to attend, you may trade your trip for $500 in retail value of Sipology product credit.
15. You must confirm in writing by April 15, 2024 if you will be accepting the trip.
16. All earned airfare must be booked through the company’s travel coordinators. In the event that special travel arrangements are required, they will be at the traveler’s expense. Earned airfare includes one piece of baggage per traveler earned. Seat upgrades are not included.
17. Earned awards will be provided as coupons monthly and can be added to any order.
18. Only one award may be claimed per earner. Trip and giveaways are non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged for other consideration. This incentive is void where prohibited by law. Award is valid only to Sipologists that are in good standing at the time of the trip. Good standing includes, but is not limited to, no negative account balances, account has not been suspended or deactivated. Fraud constitutes disqualification. The company reserves the right to determine and confirm the earners.
19. Incentive trip timelines, qualifications, and substitutes are at the complete discretion of Steeped Tea.
