Direction: Add one scoop (4.5g) of powder in 250ml of cold or hot water and stir until dissolved. Use once daily.

I just started drinking this on Sunday 12/1 and have already been feeling results!!! My best friend and I walk almost 2 miles on our lunch break 4 times a week. Normally I get painful leg cramps. Well, I was off for Thanksgiving Thurs-sun and knew when we walked on Mon I would be hurting...…wrong, my legs felt great. I honestly think it is from the Collagen and hoping it help with the arthritis in my thumbs!!!! And, it tastes delicious!!
I can't believe they make this taste so good! I am assuming the dose is small because of high bioavailability. That's nice because it can easily go into anything. I have severe shoulder pain so i hope it helps - will update.
Collagen did not have a safety lid and looked used. I tried it even though I felf it had been opened previously. I placed the order for this product. It’s good I would tell others about it. Actually it’s delicious 💥 Used once
Thank you for the feedback. Our Collagen Boost is packed in a jar with a safety lid that is self-sealing inside the cap. Sometime when the cap is sealed too tightly the safety lid is pulled off with the cap. Please rest assured that the saftey lids are there for your protection and are checked regularly as part of our Quality Assurance program. We are happy to replace it for your satisfaction. My new absolutely favorite flavored boost! Sipology hit this chocolate brownie flavor out of the park! I am drooling just thinking about having my daily dose of collagen. With this flavor I absolutely won't forget to take my daily dose. The hard part is not wanting another glass daily!
I can't wait to see the results I will have! I knew a bit about collagen but had no idea of all the health benefits!
