I’m putting the Matcha green tea Challenge to the test. The goal is to add this healthy habit to my day for 30 days! So far, so good! Here’s my Week 3 Matcha check-in:

Days 19, 20, 21 During our family vacation, I carried my Matcha everywhere! It came to the beach in my Pop Top Tumbler everyday and I even had it before our cousin’s wedding. I had so much fun with the family and felt extra energized to keep up with the kids.

Days 22, 23, 24 After a relaxing week away with our family, we concluded our March break by trying this Vanilla Matcha Ice Cream recipe. It’s was absolutely delicious! We ate it up so quickly that I forgot to snap a photo.

During the challenge, my go-to smoothie has been spinach, blueberries, coconut water, banana and Matcha. I can’t stop having this one as my morning boost. It really kick-starts my day.

Days 25, 26, 27 This week I was back to my regular routine and made my return to the office. When on the go, a Matcha smoothie travels well. I drink it in the car on my way to work.

I continue to sip Matcha at my desk throughout the day. I may have even taste tested a new Matcha flavor. We’ll have to await what our product development team’s verdict  is.

Finally, on Day 27 of the challenge, I topped off my morning cereal with a sprinkle of Matcha green tea. Yum!
