INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 2 bananas
- ¾ cup rolled oats
- 3 tbsp protein powder
- 3 tbsp Sipology’s Hot Chocolate Mix
- Optional toppings: sliced bananas, strawberries, mini chocolate chips, maple syrup, etc.
DIRECTIONS
- Blend eggs, bananas, and oats in blender until fully mixed. Add protein powder and Hot Chocolate mix and blend again for an additional 30-45 seconds until smooth.
- Preheat griddle or skillet to medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Drop ⅓ cup of batter onto pre-heated griddle and cook until bubbles begin to form and edges are just setting, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook through, about 1-2 minutes. Yields 8 pancakes.
- Serve immediately, with optional toppings if desired.
