Order Processing and Shipping Times
- Orders are typically processed within 5 business days of confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
- We offer Expedited Ground Shipping with tracking. Transit times varying based on location. In most cases, expect delivery within 5-10 business days of placing your order.
Shipping Destinations and Costs
- We currently ship to most of Canada and the USA.
- We do not offer shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Canadian territories.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
- In the event of a lost shipment, please contact the courier directly to resolve the issue. If the courier is unable to assist, our customer support team will be happy to explore alternative solutions.
- Damage during shipping, items sent out in error or a missing item, may occur from time to time. Please contact Sipology Customer Support within 72 hours of receipt to report the damage or error. Failure to report an error or damage within 72 hours constitutes acceptance of the order in full. This policy has no exceptions.
- Sipology is not liable for packages that are stolen or damaged in transit or after delivery has been made.
Additional Information
- We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather events, carrier issues, or customs clearance.
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the order.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
