I ordered the Libido Boost because of the natural benefits of Ashwaganda. I've been using it every 2 days going on 3 weeks now and I am ordering more so I can start taking it every day. I have SAD (seasonal affective disorder) and this time of year I start to feel the effects of shorter days and turning leaves. So far that isn't happening and mentally I'm feeling really good! And the Caramel Vanilla flavour is awesome too! Love this product!
