💧 1 cup boiling water
🥛 1 cup whipping cream
🍯 ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
🍮 2 tbsp caramel sauce

Steep the tea 🍵
Steep 2 tsp English Breakfast in 1 cup boiling water for 5 minutes. Let cool completely. -
Whip & mix 🌀
Whip the cream to stiff peaks. In a separate bowl, stir together the cooled tea and condensed milk. -
Layer the caramel 🍮
Gently fold the tea mixture into the whipped cream. Swirl in caramel sauce. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
