White Wine Pineapple Sangria

iNGREDIENTS

  • 2 tbsp Sipology’s Hawaiian Pineapple Sangria, Fruit Tea
  • 750 ml bottle white wine, such as Chardonnay
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 medium orange (sliced into wedges)
  • 1 1 lemon (sliced into wedges)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
  • 4 cups ginger ale
  • 3 oz coconut rum

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a Teacanter, steep Hawaiian Pineapple Sangria with one cup of hot water and let it cool.
  2. Add wine, sugar, and squeeze the citrus juices into the Teacanter before adding the wedges.
  3. Chill overnight in the refrigerator.
  4. Just before serving, add the coconut rum.
  5. Serve by pouring over ice and topping with ginger ale.
  6. Non-Alcoholic Option: Substitute wine with pineapple juice and sparkling water instead of rum. Omit sugar.
