Pumpkin Spice Matcha Loaf

This loaf recipe uses Sipology’s Pumpkin Spice Matcha. It’s earthy but subtle in this delicious loaf.

iNGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup butter softened
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs, whisked
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Line a 8½ x 4½ x 2½ inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  3. Cream together butter and sugar.
  4. Add eggs and coconut milk, and beat until combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, Pumpkin Spice Matcha and baking powder.
  6. Add flour mixture to egg mixture and blend until smooth.
  7. Stir in chocolate chips.
  8. Pour batter into a prepared pan and bake 30-40 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Let cool in pan.
  10. Enjoy!
